available columns are defined in form's definition Result List Fields; once all of them are selected, Add Column option becomes disabled. Have you tried removing one of already displayed columns using Remove Columns to check whether that enables Add Column as it is supposed to?
If you wish to add columns, open form in Developer Studio, select Definitions tab and add necessary fields to Result List Fields (they are probably located under heading Other Definitions).
Thanks for response Sinisa,
If i remove some collumn its enables to Add Column, but allow me to add only that one(s) which i removed.
I don't have (access to) Developer studio...
This is the design, tables always offer only a selected set of columns.
Without dev studio you cannot add more columns.
Results of your test suggest that preferences behave as designed and that all currently available columns are already being displayed.
Since you cannot expand selection of columns yourself, ask administrators in your company to do it instead; they should be able to, but may choose not to (perhaps because of presumed detrimental effect on performance, which shouldn't be noticeable in most cases, or because it would expose data which is supposed to be hidden from users -- for better or for worse, list of fields used in Result List Fields is global).
