    Remedy REST API - Associations between CHG:Infrastructure change and WOI:WorkOrder not working

      Using Remedy REST API, I'm trying to create an association between a change and a work order.  I'm able to create the entry, but when I click/double-click on the work order in the relationship tab of the change, it tells me that it is archived (and it's not).

      Here's what I'm using for my call to the REST API:

      Input JSON /tmp/woi.json

        "values": {

              "Request ID01": "WO0000006009994",

              "Request Type01": "Work Order",

              "Request Description01": "description",

              "Form Name01" : "WOI:WorkOrder",

              "Request ID02":"CRQ000000484957",

              "Form Name02" : "CHG:Infrastructure Change",

              "Association Type01" : "Related to",

              "Status" : "Enabled",

              "Submitter" : "name@someserver.com"

      TOKEN=$(curl -d "username=user&password=********" "http://server:port/api/jwt/login")

      curl -i -d @/tmp/woi.json --header "Content-Type: application/json" --header "Authorization: AR-JWT $TOKEN" "http://server:port/api/arsys/v1/entry/CHG:Associations"

      HTTP/1.1 201 Created

      Date: Tue, 15 Sep 2020 19:16:17 GMT

      X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN

      Content-Security-Policy: frame-ancestors 'self'

      Location: http://server:port/api/arsys/v1/entry/CHG:Associations/CHA000001359021

      Status: 200

      X-AR-TR-Core-Id: iqDxbUAaQ3CkBdnRFt_eVw

      X-AR-TR-Counter: 1

      Content-Length: 0

      This is the relationship tab before I click on the record

      As soon as I select it changes to "Archived" and if I double-click on it I get this popup.

      nb: user,password,server and port were obfuscated, but they are fine.

      I know that I will have to do the reverse link in WOI:Associations as well.

      Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
