    Not assigning to individuals correctly in Smart IT

      When re-assigning to a resolver groups the assign name doesn't always change, it still shows the name of the initial assignee instead of the other person it was assigned to. But it shows in the note that the ticket has been assigned to another person, but doesn't show in the assigned to in the resolver group. Please any ideas ?
