On the Track-It! Ticket form is it possible to make a field visible or not depending on the value selected in another field?
For example, if I select a Priority value of SLA then I want to display a Custom Lookup field that has values Severity 1, Severity 2, Severity 3, etc, where the selection of one of these values is mandatory.
The Custom Lookup field should not be displayed if the Priority is not SLA.
In order to manage SLA's I want to avoid creating multiple Priorities such as SLA - Severity 1, SLA - Severity 2, SLA - Severity 3...
Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.
