Change analysis time range at report level

We have many analysis (> 1000) created using the CPU Utilization template in the System Group and Core Package. The time rage for the analysis are all set to Last 30 days. Is there any way to create a report that would let us change the range to Last 60 days at the report level? And not have to change each analysis.

          Hello Kevin

If you create a Report Template including the Standard Analysis, you can select the preferred behavior for the Time Filter. Copying from the documentation (Creating report templates from templates and reports - Documentation for BMC TrueSight Capacity Optimization 11.5 - BMC … ), you have two options:

          • The time filter for Analyses and Models will be chosen during the creation of the Report: Do not include the time filters in the contained analyses and models to the new Basic Report Template. You will be given an option to set your own time filters during report creation.
          • The time filter information will be included in the template: Include the time filters in the contained analyses and models to the new Basic Report Template. You will not be given an option to set your own time filters during report creation.

After creating a report with the target analyses, you need to save the report as a template (see below):

You can then select the "Time Filter" behavior:

When creating a report using the newly created Report Template, you will be able to select the Time Filter that we will be applied to all the analyses contained in the report.

We are at your disposal for any additional questions or information.

          Thanks!

          Best Regards

          Andrea
