What authentication method are you using? Were you using Web Authentication before upgrading?
Are you able to login as Administrator but not a regular user?
If you are using Web Server Authentication, I believe the 12.1.x to 20.18.02 upgrade also includes a Tomcat upgrade. This would mean re-doing part of the IIS and ISAPI configuration since Tomcat is now in a different location (assuming you kept the default install path)
Protip, always keep your administrator account (or one of your admin accounts at least) on FootPrints authentication. You don't ever want to be locked out of your envrionment because an integration (Web Server, or LDAP) isn't working.
Now everything seems to working. I'm new to footprints, and this is my first upgrade. We currently log in through our browser authenticating from AD. What was happening you would enter the password and it would just return right back to the login screen. But I noticed If you entered an incorrect password, you would get an access denied box, but you never got pass the log in screen.
