    SRM Adhoc Approval Email - Resend ? - 9.1.04 patch 2

      Good day.

       

      I was wondering if there is a way to force the system to resend the adhoc approval email for SRM? The user deleted the approval email and the manager wants it resent.

       

      I know that the SR can be cancelled and the user can click "Request Again," but is there an easier way to resend an approval email?

       

      On this subject, is their a way to have the Adhoc SRM Approval email be automatically resent after 72 hours of no response?
