    Remedy API - Multiple Incidents in single call

      I'm currently using Help Desk API to fetch all the incidents and then pass it SLM Measurement API to get SLM status.


      Here is where the problem arise, where I have list of incidents to be passed by the SLM API accepts only single incident in call. Is there way around this instead of calling API each time for each incident that I as result from Help Desk API


      How can we fetch multiple incidents details in single call. I have Incident numbers which can be passed thru but it allows only for single incident to pass thru. For instance, Is there way where we can pass say an array of incident and get the related details of it.


      All ideas & suggestions are welcome
