BSA: CentOS VPC issue with new repo

      Share This:

      Good day,

i had an issue with CentOS vpc repo, the fact:

we get error with old repo, the patch analysis work fine,it detect the missing rpm on CentOS, but in the deployment,we get error -4001,after troubleshooting,i found the blpackage not properly copied to the target server ( i can see the symbolic link, but the folder is empty).

i did new repo from scratch ( the old repo has been deleted because it was ephemeral server) , we did the change in linuxrepo.conf in vpc server, the patch analysis work fine, but in the deployment we have issue,it point on the old server

Error 07/08/2020 02:50:41 There was a problem resolving the soft links in the package: java.io.IOException: JNI file copy from '//oldrepo/repo/patch/cos7x86_64/bind-export-libs-9.11.4-16.P2.el7_8.6.x86_64.rpm' to '//targetserver/var/tmp/stage/95552464316f38aa8e665819f3b7237a/894075.1/bind-export-libs-9.11.4-16.P2.el7_8.6.x86_64.rpm' failed: : Remote host is unknown
