      Hi,

We are trying to add the Order ID field to the SmartIT 19.08 Asset View but it doesn't show up as a field I can add to the view.

I see it in AST:Attributes, AST:BaseElement and AST:ComputerSystem forms, I'm not sure what else is required, can someone point me in the right direction?

I'm using this article for guidance.  It's not a custom field so I'm not creating anything I just want to make it available in SmartIT.

Adding custom fields to the Asset View - Documentation for Remedy with Smart IT 19.08 - BMC Documentation

      Thanks,

      Bill

You missed the note from doc

          Note

The custom fields added in the AST:BaseElement  forms are not visible in the Type-Specific Area.

            Hi Sidhdesh,

So it should show up in the Generic Area right, it’s in AST:Attributes & AST:BaseElement.   I don’t see it in either place, the field looks just like Accounting Code to me, which does show up under Generic.
