Try using rf administration look up filter. Put a query to filter records based on condition.

Bro, one more doubt (the last for this theme).
I folowed your tip and for 99% of my requirement I did.
But there is a filter that I am not getting and I think it will not be so simple.
I need to mount a filter where:
1 - When the location of the equipment is filled in the Incident (screenshot below), the configuration item shown is related to the location and option classes of the Equipment and Endpoint Communication classes (this filter is working).
2 - When the staff member does not fill in the equipment location in the incident, the IC / Asset field must show all options of the classes (Equipment and Endpoint Communication). This filter is not working
These filters need to be in just one field CI/Asset.
Is it possible?
To increase this comment, I will copy the screenshoots below.
1 - Screen of my filter that works now. But show only CI/Asset related with Physical Location. How can I show all CIs when the field Incidente:Localidade is blank?

You can have only one filter at a time. Try these
So try making filter optional instead of required so they can still go and select any CI
See if you can use CI below activity feed screen to attached in that scenario
Why not use 1 or 2 or 3 ?
