    Link contact through email submission to other then Sender

      We are using FootPrints ServiceDesk 19.02. I am working on a rule to link contact to the person other than email sender (Email submission ticket creation). I have created a field (other_person) to populate userid. My rule is copying other_person to userid and clearing other linked field on the form, linking contact with userid is not linking the contact.


      Any idea what am I doing wrong?
