    Remedyforce - Process Builder - Change Task Status after ticket conclusion

      Hi all,

       

      It it possíble to update the task status when the incident is completed?

       

      I design a flow as described below:

       

      1 - Create an incident w/ inc template. In this template I have an opened task

      2 - Work on my incident until complete it

      3 - When staff changes the status to completed, I would like to change the task status from OPEN to IN PROGRESS

       

      I tried to create a flow (PB) running under incident object and when has the incident status changed to Completed I try to create an action to change status, but have not lucky.

       

      Anyone know if it is possible and how? Thank tou
