      Hi Team,

       

      We are with BMC Remedy ARS Suite,SRM,SLM along with RSSO and DWP.

       

      We do have Users who are on support and we would like to restrict the Work Info Notes/Details added to a ticket.

      Is there a way to Restrict the View Access of Incident WorkInfo(Public or Internal)

       

      Users should not view Internal details added to Ticket(Request/Incident)
