    RE:Performance Issue/Slow search with REQ# which is normal with INC#

      Hi Everyone,

       

      We are on BMC Remedy ARS Suite 9.1.04.002 along ITSM,SRM,RSSO and DWP.

       

      We are experiencing an issue with the Performance Issue/Slow search with REQ# which is normal with INC#

      We have asked DBA Team to look into it further and fine tune it with Index creation or something else which can be better for the performance and Search similar to INC#

      We have checked Indexes on the form - HPD:Help Desk and was able to see the only difference of Having Incident Number the Unique Index where as SRID(Request ID is not the Unique Index.

       

      Is it fine to have Incident Number and Request ID both with Unique Index on Help Desk Form.
