You can monitor Windows servers remotely using the Remote Monitoring feature of the Microsoft Windows Servers KM. You can find instructions on how to configure this in BPPM/TSOM Central Monitoring Administration here. You don't say what operating system your ISN server is running. If you want to monitor Windows servers from your ISN server, it will need to be a Windows system as well.
Remote Monitoring of Microsoft Windows uses the WinRM protocol. Your customer will need to enable the WinRM service on all the servers they want you to monitor. They will also have provide you with credentials that have the privileges required to monitor remotely via WinRM.
How many servers do you need to monitor remotely? There is a limit to how many servers a single PATROL agent can monitor. You may need to install more than one PATROL agent on your ISN if you need to monitor a lot of servers.
I want to monitor 30 windows server monitoring remotely, My previous team already configured to monitoring remotely, but i have added new sever using Patrol console, because they are not creating CMA policy, they are directly configured from Patrol operator console. In the same i have added new server, but it's showing error. Please find attached image.
