    Mass Transfer Incident Error

      I am trying to move incidents from one queue to another in order to close the queue but when I try to do this I get the following:

       

      Error: Please select an active Category.

          Hi Oliver Edmunds

           

          Generally this error occurs when the Category used in any record like Incident is made Inactive and user try to update that record. Please check the Incident records for which you are trying to change the Queue are having all Active Categories assigned. If any Inactive Category is assigned/used in any record either you have to make that Category Active or change that Category to Active Category in those Incident Records before changing the Queue.
