    Track-it 2020 Customize Email Notifications

      Currently I am running the Web version of Trackit 2020, not very pleasant as 11.4 was designed.  Is there a way to design the emails to look similar to what 11.4 had presented its emails to us when notifying about newly created tickets?  Examples will be provided.

       

      New Trackit 11.4 - Ticket Assigned 2020 (same ticket)

       

      Help Desk Support 11.4 - Ticket Created 2020 (same ticket)

       

      These are ticket comparisons, instead of engaging support  and waiting on someone to respond promptly.  I am hoping to get some easy input here first.
