I am currently evaluating Track-It and would like to know the following -
Is it possible to setup more than 1 Help Desk queue, so I can have queues for different departments.
What I would like is if an IT person logs into Track-IT they only see the IT HELP Desk queue and if another person from a different department logs in they only see the Help Desk queue associated with them.
I don't want staff from each department seeing each others Help Desk queues.
