    License Required to Approve CRQ

      Quick question I have not been able to find the answer to in the KBAs... I have a group of users who are not 'Support Staff' but need to be able to approve CRQs in the Approval Central console (I'm on version 9.1.04, by the way). This KBA seems to imply that this is possible, saying that Approval Central is "especially important if your current access permission does not allow you to access the change request." However, the note immediately below that paragraph says "You must have appropriate permissions to modify a change request to view the change request and approve it." This seems contradictory. Can someone who is not Support Staff (i.e., a "read" license) use the Approval Central console to approve a CRQ?
