it should work if tomcat is separate for each
Thanks for your swift response.
Tomcat is different for each. We created different realms for DWP/C and ARS.
In this case, We are able to login DWP and DWP Catalog without any issue. But we are getting the error if we try to login to ARS on the same browser.
Error: Authentication failed "username@domainname"
FYI, "domainname" is the Tenant Name for the DWP's Realm.
Please suggest any idea which will help us.
Yes I agreem there would be issue accessing both in same browser as DWPC has different authentication method using @domainname
Exactly, How did you overcome this? Is there any better way we can achieve RSSO Integration?

If you follow this documentation:
You need to add the ignore-tenant=true to DWP and the mid tier.
Thanks for your input. We tried but we are getting some exceptions. rsso.session.logging exception.
I could see, Login successful in rsso.webagent logs.
how did you set up your authentication chaining mode in ARS? Is it ARS - AREA?
And for ARS you have to uncheck Cross Reference Blank Password as well in the server information (EA) settings.
How does your Realm configuration looks?
Try the User ID Transformation setting with RemoveDomain (if SAML, I assume you use SAML, is not doing that automatically).
We use RSSO for all BMC products since four years now, and it works just fine.

Thanks for your replies.
We are successfully integrated RSSO with DWA, DWA Catalog, and Remedy by using BMC Docs: Configuring BMC Remedy Single Sign-On integration - Documentation for BMC MyIT Service Broker 3.3 - BMC Documentation
