They can see if you define other company as parent company for other.
I am assuming that ABCTelco US, ABCTelco UK and ABCTelco IL are also companies in your system and the users belong to these companies and their support groups. And ABCTelco is the parent company.
I think you can have a company created called ABCTelco and make this the parent of the other three child companies in the HG (hierarchical group) configuration. And give users access to the parent company. And with this as users have access to parent company they can see other child company requests.
