      Hi,

      Dependency Relation sub class BMC.CORE:BMC_HostedService not available to be select from  Relationship Type* in the form ComputerSystem/Relationships association sheet?

      example 1 OK
      if I am adding an IP Endpoint to a ComputerSystem as showing below no problem the subclass type association Hosted Access Point is available.

      example 2 OK
      if I relate an Disk Drive  to  ComputerSystem as showing below no problem the subclass  relation type association Host System Components is available.

      example 3 Case KO
      if I relate an BusinessService  to  ComputerSystem   as showing below subclass BMC.CORE:BMC_HostedService is NOT available. And only Dependency parent class is.
      Case with both hierarchy computer as a child and
      computer as parent.

      example 4 workaround to force the functionality and see what's happen

      • Open the form BMC.CORE:BMC_HostedService
      • Adding a New Request with mandatory fields
        Name = HOSTEDSERVICE
        DatasetID = BMC.ASSET
        ComputerSystem    Source.InstanceId = AGHAA5V0FBK6PAPU8PY65OEWDEEV48
        BusinessService Destination.InstanceId = ASHAA5V0FBQ1TAQBORSCEO81264U6V
      • Save
        (ARERR 120100
        Rel(clsId:BMC.CORE:BMC_HOSTEDSERVICE instId: AGHAA5V0FBQ1TAQIH287EQTYOWWRP5 can't be created. attribute class Id value is not a valid endpoint for this relationship class: BMC_BUSINESSSERVICE

      Does someone know about this setting to administrate this functionality? I have been tried with class manager but sub-classes are already set to visible and active as OOTB...
      Or
      Does settings is just not possible ? but i do not think so because in this case subclass dependency can not be used....
