    User cant see change requests

      Hi all,


      I have configured our setting on System Settings form as "Support Group an Company"

      User has Change Master permission

      bu he cant see the change record.


      He is not from manager group or coordinator group, he is not submitter so He has no relation for this record.

      The document says if he has Change master permission he can do it.

      Any suggestion?
