    Task notifications for reassigned tasks

      No matter how I enter a workflow criteria, I can't get a rule to work that notifies queue members when tasks are reassigned to their team.  When new tasks are created, the queue is notified but not when they are assigned from one queue or person to another.

       

      Some examples of failed workflow criteria:

      1.

      Rule Criteria($User.Full_Name1__c <> BMCServiceDesk__FKOpenBy__c) && (BMCServiceDesk__state__c = True)

       

      2. OwnerId <> OwnerId && BMCServiceDesk__state__c = True

      3. BMCServiceDesk__Queue__c <> BMCServiceDesk__Queue__c

      Has anyone gotten this to work successfully?
