    BMC Truesight Presentation Server (TSPS) - Installation issue

      Hi all,


      I'm in trouble, while installation of TSPS "Failed to connect to the Remedy SSO server" error occured.

      I'm entering same username and password of RSSO.


      Port no: 5432 not accepting; getting error "The database port number is in use."


      • RSSO (Stand alone)
      • TSPS (Test Environment)
