I Add Instance ID to this filter : NTE:NPC: TranslateNotificationMessageINC2_604
and in this form SYS: notification message I custom URL in (INC assignment) that contains instance id.
When click to the URL it will transfer you to the smart IT (https://**************/smartit/app/#/incident/AGGB2WV2FCVHVAQGMB15QFOFCSNMK1), It was working fine before the upgrade, After upgrade when click to the URL it gets a wrong instance ID.
And get this error "Incident not found in the database or you don't have access".
Is there anything to configure to solve this problem?
To which version did you upgrade to? and what from which version ?
