    Setting QUEUE through email based on Keyword

      Rehashing an old question: Ability to create an incident from email in Remedyforce

       

      I am trying to setup keywords and have been successful in everything except QUEUE - I am not seeing it as available in my list of incident fields (odd).  i do see "last queue" which does no good at all.


      Please help me.

       

       


      I want to do something similar to the following:

       

      Description##test from email##

      Impact##MEDIUM##

      Urgency##MEDIUM##

      Category##FruitNet##

      Queue##Application Development##  <- This is the guy I can't find.

      EventID##201407160138##

       

      Also, is there a place I can find a list of available, out of the box, keywords that I can set?  I see Keywords mentioned everywhere but no list
