    Not able login to console after AD integration in TSNA 20.02

      Dear Experts,

       

      We have successfully installed TSNA 20.02 using AD authentication. After the installation we are not able to login with the same AD user we have used while installing TSNA.

      Checked the logs and found the below error:

      Error:

      com.bmc.bcan.catalina.realm.BNAJNDIRealm doesUserExist

      WARNING: Exception performing user exist check.

       

      User Distinguish name :

      cn=*****,cn=*****,dc=*****,dc=*****

       

      And search base is null.

       

      Is anyone faced this issue before ?
