    WorkOrder Update Error : Support group is not configured

      Hello,

       

      I'm trying to update the details of a workorder, in Remedy, Request manager --> Support Group Name, but I'm get below error.

       

      The Support Group "EIM_DELIVERY" is not configured for assignment to Company "XYZ CO., INC." on "WOI:WorkOrder" form.

       

      How to reconfigure the workorder form, so I'll be able to update.
