Checking in to see if anyone else is bumping into what appears to be a limit on the number of values in a helpdesk lookup in 2019.03. We use lookup 4 configured as a dropdown for our buildings. We need all on the statement of values under management to be included. When we go to create tickets, anything alphabetically past that does not populate when we select it under more. I have upped the field count to 100 but it won't let me go higher. I read in the documentation about a limit when migrating due to the values being contained in one table now instead of two as previously.
What I am trying to figure out is if what we are experiencing is a bug or if it is as designed. If the latter, I need some sort of workaround.
I am not sure. You might be able to change the lookup type in the field settings for the form but support would likely be able to figure this out for you.
