The functional role "Support Group Admin" allows individuals to add or remove support staff members from their support groups. This role also allows users to modify their corresponding Support Group entry and Incident and Change templates. This would be the recommended permission if they only need this ability at their support group level. The permission "Contact People Admin" provides broader access as it allows one to grant access to submit, modify and delete (when permitted) Non-Support Staff People, grants full access to all Non-support staff People entries with the ability to modify the Profile Status of all People Profile entries.
Thanks so much Connie...
so, for example if Mr X is provided with "Support Group Admin" functional role, will Mr X will have access only to his support group or every other group.
If ""Support Group Admin" role enables Mr X to make changes to any of the support groups, is there a way to mistake proof his making changes to other support group but his own.
