    RE:Archiving on SRM:Request(Service Request Archive Policy)

      Hi Everyone,

      We are trying to Enable Archiving on Our Production Environment.

      As a process we have verified this configurations/Enabled the Archiving on NON-Production which runs fine and records are archived to Archive Forms and records can be searched too from Database by following this queries on Non Prod's


      Select count(*) from SRM_Request_Archive;

      Select count(*) from SRM_Variable_Archive;


      We dont see any of the records for the above queries and archive forms on Production Enviornment.

      Appreciate the assistance in getting this Archiving work on Production and would be great if we can have records on Production being moved to Archive forms.
