    BMC MYIT question

      Hi all,

We have a few MYIT Servers in our live environment, i.e. Server A, Server B and Server C .  Server A and Server B are constantly being used by users to log tickets in Remedy however, we don't know if Server C is being used so we'd like to know if there's a way to determine if Server C is being used by users to log tickets or to search for the logged tickets or possibly even just general browsing? So, basically we'd like to know if there's any traffic coming from Server C, and if so, how many users are logging tickets through this server, possibly what ticket types i.e. INC / WO / CRQ etc. are being logged through this server or what kind of traffic is coming from this server in general?

      Thank you.

You could look into the access log files. There you can see if there is traffic on your third server and, to a limited extent, what your users are doing.

You will not be able to see which backend tickets are created on your dwp servers. The backend tickets are created asynchronously on your AR servers.
