    Pop-up info from Account

      Hello,

       

      Is there a way to add a pop-up box with details from the account object to the incident form? This currently exists on the Client ID field and includes username, first name, last name, email, and account. It shows up after you choose the id and then you can hover over it to see the above-mentioned details before even saving the incident.

       

      The goal is to include a way for the agents to see any important details related to an account from within the incident form before saving. These notes would exist at the child account level and therefore can not be added to the client id section. This is to save them the time of having to go to the account record. We already have some account details that carry over but they populate after saving.
