    Rule Based Email - Validate

      Hello all,

       

      I have a rule that update the activity log of the request by incoming email to the system and its working fine

       

      i was testing using email that don’t have record in people form and the rule reject the email as the attached screenshot.

       

      Can anyone give me the settings to stop this validation and allow any email that they don’t have record in the people from to update the activity log for the ticket.
