    Report not pulling correct data after update to Track-It v.11.4

      We recently updated to 11.4 (yes, I know).


      A user-created report that provided Technician Hours by Date is no longer pulling the correct hours.  It appears to be a small portion of the actual time the consultant spent on tickets.


      I am a beginner with Crystal, where the report is pulling identical info to Trackit.


      Has there been a field change in this version?  The hours used to be (v.11.2) on the Resolution tab of a ticket though that field is no longer displayed there.


      Any guidance would be appreciated.
