      Has anyone been using the BMC Client Management within Track-It successfully in 2018 or 2019?


      I've been having an issue with ours where Track-It isn't syncing with BCM, and looking at the asset management logs it keeps throwing the error:  "Following error code/message has been thrown by BMC Client Management: 16002"


      I've had a case opened for this for quite some time but the support team hasn't figured it out and suggested I upgrade to 2019.  However, I'm seeing people report the same issue in 2019.  Does anyone have any ideas or input on this as it's driving me crazy.
