    Priority Drop Down on Incident Form - Is it possible to add Urgency and Impact?

      I understand the theory the priority field is populated based on the urgency and impact fields, though part of our operation simply select a priority straight from the drop-down. Until we get to the point of addressing this and understanding the best way for us, I was wondering if there is a way we can include the impact and urgency fields on the populate screen like it does when viewing the priorities in Administration?



      This is the view the team gets from the incident.
