For single jobs, if you load the table in the Planning domain and right click on the job then you can select show history.
To query a wide range of jobs, use the Control-M Reporting Facility to run an Audit report (select the relevant options for listing "Modified Jobs").

I prefer using SQL and hitting the database directly myself...
SELECT jobname, schedtab, author, changedatetime FROM public.cms_jobdef WHERE to_date(substring(changedatetime,1,8),'YYYYMMDD') >= '20190101' AND to_date(substring(changedatetime,1,8),'YYYYMMDD') < '20200101';
That would be run against your Control-M/Server Database. In the above example I am using a Postgres DB.
Truly the DB is the way to go but only Control-M supreme beings have access.
