according to my experience I would suggest two possible solutions:
1. Using TrueSight Orchestration. It's great to make TrueSight Ops and Remedy working together and I had the opportunity to see similar use cases implemented. Here you can find a related discussion: Re: How to trigger a particular workflow in BMC AO when a incident is created in BMC Remedy?
2. Using the email2event component. I would configure Remedy to send an email to TrueSight when a WO or an Incident is created. The email will be converted into an event and you may trigger the execution of a TrueSight action on that event.
