I don't think so, because the scan did not respond to the ping.
As in the print screen above, I can see ips with "dropped" status only from this scan, it would be interesting to get a report of all scans.
However, as it did not even respond to the ping, there may be nowhere for the report to look for this information. I would like to know if I am sure of this, otherwise how to create this report.

Try this query, and modifiy search conditions and output fields as needed.
NOTE: the field 'Endpoints' will contain multiple IPs. Use the explode keyword to list one endpoint per row
//search for Dropped Endpoints on Discovery Runs completed in the last 24 hours
search DiscoveryRun where endtime > currentTime() - 10000000 * 1 * 24 * 60 * 60
#EndpointRange:EndpointRange:DiscoveryRun:DiscoveryRun.label as 'DR Label',
reason as 'Reason Dropped',
endpoints as 'Endpoints'

If scanning these IPs ended up into DroppedEndpoints, it means these are considered as Dark space scans - Documentation for BMC Discovery 11.3 - BMC Documentation . You won't be able to report on any device but just IPs.
Thank you very much.
