      Dear All,


      We have a client requirement to implement ITIL, so far we are working only on work orders despite of whatever the request is.


      As a new phase and according to ITIL standard we are going to categorize work orders and incident whereas access request under work order and issues under incidients.


      please provide your expertise advice on where to start this new phase and how to implement
