    Unexpected Filtering Results on Modified Reports

      We are using Track-It! 2019 BUILD: 20.19.3.72

       

      I was attempting to modify a canned report to remove the already closed tickets from the results and instead received more results based on the filtering. Not what I expected.
      Details:
      Report - Open Tickets and Assignments by Priority (copy attached)

      Added filter - Close Date and Time Is null

      First, I don't understand why closed reports are showing in the report anyway, because it has a filter that was already there that stated "State Equals O" (open, I assume).

      Secondly, why are closed tickets still showing in my report after adding the "Close Date and Time Is null" filter and why are more results achieved after adding the filter?

       

      What am I doing wrong?
