    Custom Escalations are not triggering in a timely Manner / nor being listed in escalations log

      We are observing a strange behavior that custom escalation created in our Production server are not triggering in a timely manner and they are not even listed in escalations logs. While other escalations are working fine.

      When we analyzed further, we saw that there was a sync issue between Admin and Escalations Server.

      Restarted the services in escalation server and the workflows were synced up and escalations will work as usual.

      This will work fine until next restart of the server.

      When we restart the server the next time the workflows are not listed sometimes or they are not executed.

      Even though the interval provided is executed the escalations are not executed.


      Has anyone experienced this scenario before??
