    Cannot Login to SmartSync

      Hi everyone,

      I'm trying to use the Smart Sync in a development organization to import my configurations from production and get the "The user name and password you entered is incorrect." error message even though the password and username are correct, I tried with token and without and I tried this artical for help. I even created a new environment to test this and it still wont work.

       

      Any ideas what's going on? I'm at lost.
