      Error while performing escalation action

I don't think the plugin errors are relevant for your login issue as they are related to activity from an escalation.   What's on the screen at the point the client appears to hang?  Do you see the problem for all users?

You'll need to look at more logs, arerror, ardebug and possibly the midtier to see what's going on.  Do you have access to a User Tool to try and login?  If they're not already enabled you can turn on SQL/API/FILTER logs by setting this in the ar.conf/cfg and restarting the server.

          Debug-mode: 19

Do you seen any server activity for the user when you try and login?  Are there any API calls from clients?  The fact you are seeing escalation related errors shows the server is running so the next step is to try and determine exactly what action is taking place at the point the client stops responding.
