Have you gone through following docs?
When you create knowledge articles from record agent tool it get saved as draft, to see it you have to publish it.
If you are not able to see the knowledge articles tab then
- Click All Tabs .
- Click Customize My Tabs.
- In the Available Tabs list, select Knowledge Articles and click the right arrow.
- Click Save.

I have gone to my user and under additional information there is no option for knowledge, I have switched back to classic and added the knowledge tab but this is the salesforce knowledge and does not contain the drafts or published knowledge from remedyforce

Please add the BMC Remedyforce 'Knowledge Article' tab as visible to your profile. That will sort it.
