      Hi All

       

      I seem to be hitting a brick wall with Knowledge articles.

       

      I can create a knowledge article from the Remedy console screen (agent tools, create knowledge article). but then I am unable to find this as I have no knowledge tab.

       

      If I search for knowledge in lightning I get a knowledge tab but this is the salesforce version (our customer service team use this) and it does not have my knowledge article.

       

      so my question is how can I see my Remedy Knowledge articles??

       

      I currently have admin permission sets, I know I must be missing something but I keep going around in circles
