You can refer the below link.
The usual way is to set the computer system to markasdelete = yes and then run a recon merge and purge job.
In the background all relations are set to MAD = yes and dependent elements like OS.
BUT watch out where you delete. Usually you set MAD in the source datasets and not directly in the asset dataset.
Maybe you describe your problem a little bit more, then I can guide you even better.
If we have deleted the BMC.CORE and Staging form records(Hard Delete) as they were testing data and still we can see the records in AST:Computer System.
Please confirm the procedure to delete the same.
Did you reconcile post the staging data delete?
Hard erasing is almost never a good idea, but you know that for sure.
Where exactly did you hard delete entries and what. By staging form, you mean?
BMC.CORE:BMC_ComputerSystem in a staging/import dataset? Or directly in the asset dataset?
We have Spoon Job which transfers Data from Staging Form to BMC.CORE:Computer System Form and then to AST:ComputerSystem Form.
We have not run the Recon Job.
We need to delete Testing Data Hence we have deleted Staging Form
records and BMC.CORE:Computer System Form and BMC.CORE:IPEndpoint and
Now we still have Data in AST:ComputerSystem Form with its Relationships. Please confirm how we can delete AST:ComputerSystem Form records.

I am still not sure where your spoon job wrote the data to.
Now I assume you ignored all CMDB design recommendations and wrote the data directly to the BMC. CORE asset dataset.
Then the first question is, how is bmc.core:bmc_ComputerSystem linked to Ast:Attributes? OOB this is done via the reconID, but this job didn't work for you, you write.
However, if my assumption is correct (written directly into the asset dataset), then it is not possible to clean up everything using the forms. Unless everything is just test data. Then simply delete the rest in bmc_baserelationship and AST:Attributes. But only then!!!
Otherwise you could still clean up on DB level. Pick out all AST:attributes that no longer have an element in BMC_BaseElement. You only need to know how your spoon job linked the data.
You do the same with the records in BMC_BaseRelationship.
BUT IT IS DANGEROUS, so be careful and only do it when you are 100% sure.
We have testing Data in Staging Form ,bmc.core:bmc_ComputerSystem and Asset Computer System brought by Spoon Job with its Relationships.
We want all this Data to be removed permanently.Hence we deleted the Data from Staging Form ,bmc.core:bmc_ComputerSystem.
Now we want to Delete Data from Asset Computer System permanently with its Relationships.
Please guide on the same.
We have Deleted the Testing Data from BMC_BaseElement. And it Worked.

Glad you could help yourself.
IMPORTANT: For everyone else: don't do it this way! You'll keep orphans back in further forms, which can cause you problems later.
