    Question regarding getting templates to apply to incoming emails.

      Hello everyone,


      I'm trying to get a template to apply to an email from a specific sender.

      I have created the template, and set up an email policy via Configuration > Help Desk > Email Configuration > Email Policies.

      I have tried setting matching criteria to the sender, and to the email subject.

      It doesn't apply the template.
